RSO Facility Services is a London company established in 2012 by Taofiq Rasheed who realised the needs of restaurants, hotels, housing, offices, and pubs to hire qualified staff for cleaning and kitchen porter tasks.

He was able to verify this when he was working in those businesses during his long shifts and realised the problems that those businesses had in finding and hiring staff to cover their essential needs to continue running the business properly.
